Nose: Black pepper, toasted, slightly vanilla, black fruits.

Mouth: Full-bodied attack, rich and spicy wine with a full and generous finish, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Pairings: Barbecued lamb skewers, deer stew, chili con carne.

Best serve at: 17 – 18°C
