Argelès-sur-Mer sector: very deep, cool sandy loam alluvium, along the river and 800 meters from the beaches.
Average age of the vines: 10 years.
Vinification & aging process
Mechanical night harvest.
Pre-fermentation cold maceration.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with daily pumping over.
Short maceration to preserve the fruit and the suppleness of the tannins.
Six months aging in stainless steel vats.
Bottled the following spring.
